Grigori Grabovoi (Kazakhstan, November 14, 1963) is a Russian scientist and clairvoyant , holding a Ph.D. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences and a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, and an academician , who has been involved throughout his career in various government programs, particularly in the field of space technology .
